Agreement Between You and jilibd
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibd ("jilibd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jilibd.im. jilibd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jilibd account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with any balance forfeited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilibd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All account details must be accurate, current, and belong to you personally.
jilibd accepts deposits exclusively via the following Bangladesh-native payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. jilibd does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however , mobile money operators may apply their own transaction charges which are outside jilibd's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has outstanding KYC documentation requirements. jilibd aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. jilibd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jilibd are subject to specific wagering requirements which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. jilibd reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse, misuse, or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibd platform: creating multiple accounts, using automated software or bots to interact with any game or betting market, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities, making deposits with stolen or fraudulently obtained funds, and any form of money laundering or financial crime. jilibd employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All games available on jilibd — including slots from Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and sports betting markets — operate according to the rules published by their respective providers. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and any other communication, the official game rules take precedence. For sports betting, jilibd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or offered in error, or where the outcome has been determined by irregular or fraudulent means.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jilibd platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall user interface design, is the property of jilibd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilibd platform without express written permission from jilibd.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
jilibd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilibd implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and jilibd servers. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the platform safely and compliantly.
10. Responsible Gaming Obligations

You agree to use these tools responsibly. 11. Platform Availability and Technical Issues
jilibd endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, jilibd does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by scheduled maintenance, technical outages, network disruptions, or any circumstances beyond jilibd's reasonable control, including interruptions to mobile data services provided by Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel, or Teletalk. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet, jilibd will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the affected game or bet to its correct pre-failure state based on server-side records.
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilibd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from reliance on any information provided on the platform. jilibd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 13
Account Termination and Closure
You may close your jilibd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
jilibd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account was registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- The account holder is under 21 years of age.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has been conducted through the account.
- Continued operation of the account presents a risk to jilibd, its players, or its payment partners.
- A self-exclusion request has been received for the account holder from the account holder themselves or an authorised third party.
Upon account termination for cause, jilibd reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity, they will not be returned and may be reported to relevant authorities.
