1.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

NID / Passport A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Collected when jilibd requests identity verification to process a withdrawal or investigate an account concern.
Selfie / Photo A live selfie or photograph may be requested alongside your identity document to confirm that the account holder is the same individual as the document owner.
Payment Proof A screenshot or confirmation showing that your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account is registered in your own name. This confirms that you are depositing and withdrawing using your own funds only.

1.3 Financial Transaction Data

jilibd records all deposit and withdrawal transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay on your account. Transaction records include: the amount in BDT, the transaction reference number issued by the mobile money operator, the date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), and the payment method used. jilibd does not store full mobile banking PINs, passwords, or security codes associated with your payment accounts.

1.4 Technical and Device Data

When you access the jilibd platform, we automatically collect certain technical data including your device type, operating system version, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), IP address, and general geographic location (city-level only). This data is used for platform security monitoring, fraud detection, and to ensure the platform displays correctly on your device.

1.5 Gaming Activity Data

jilibd maintains a complete record of your gaming activity on the platform, including: games played, bet amounts, win and loss outcomes, bonus usage, session durations, and self-imposed limits. This data is used to operate our responsible gaming tools, detect abnormal account behaviour, and provide you with an accurate account history.

Account Data Retained for the lifetime of your account plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, to satisfy legal and compliance obligations.
Transaction Records Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
KYC Documents Identity documents and verification records are retained for a minimum of 5 years after the last transaction on your account, or longer if required by law.
Gaming Activity Betting and gaming history is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years after closure, and may be retained longer where a dispute, investigation, or legal proceeding is ongoing.
Support Records Customer support correspondence is retained for 3 years from the date of the most recent communication in each support thread.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilibd will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data.
